Payments are only refundable in the cases expressly provided for in our cancellation policy. In case of cancellations or modifications, requests must be sent in writing to reservas@suitesdelmarmancora.com within the timeframes specified in the booking terms and conditions. Refunds (where applicable) will be issued only via the same payment method used.
